Uyghur Forced labor Act

The signing of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act has introduced a new wave of challenges for companies sourcing goods from the Xinxiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR). With this bill, the US Customs and Border Protection Act bans the import of goods from the said region unless companies offer verifiable proof that the production of the goods did not involve forced labor.
