George Thompson is a Director in Genpact's Supply Chain Service Line, supporting the semiconductor industry, and risk and resilience offering across industries. Prior to joining Genpact, George spent over 25 years in several supply chain roles at GlobalFoundries and IBM. George lives near Burlington, Vermont with his wife and three sons. When he is not helping clients diagnose and improve supply chain resiliency and performance, George enjoys outdoor activities and woodworking.

As Chief of Staff and Corporate Strategy, Bettina Weiss manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities such as advancing SEMI’s Smart Mobility and Supply Chain global strategic initiatives and SEMI University, facilitating thought leadership (Think Tanks) activities in key strategic areas, and improving organizational efficiency, alignment and financial sustainability. Chris Benham is a veteran supply chain practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, the airline sector, and the digital storage space. Throughout his career, he’s held various leadership positions focused on data and advanced analytics, commodity cost management, digital transformation, and change management. In his most recent role at Seagate Technology, Chris served as chief of staff for the chief supply chain officer, overseeing strategic direction, supply chain roadmap, board-level communications, and KPIs.
